Uploading Photos:

1) To upload a photo, click on the "Upload Photo's" link, which is on the right side of all pages of the photo album, just above the blue line.  The "Upload Photo" page will appear.

2) Choose a Category: 
Note: Every photo you upload will be placed in your album, which is created when you register, even if you assign the photo to be placed in one of our categories.  (Fashion Dolls, Pets, etc.)

If you'd like to put your photo into a public category, choose the category using the dropdown box.  Our current categories are Dolls and Pets, but we'll add more as needed. (If you choose to place your photo in a public category, a copy of it will be included in your personal album. (See note above.)

If you'd prefer to put your photo in your album only, select "member album" from the dropdown box.

Note:  You can create specific albums within your own photo album by clicking on "Album Admin" on the left side above the blue line.  If you decide to make a specific album, (ex. "My Pets"), within your album, the "My Pets" section of your album will show up on the "choose a category" drop down box under "member album" once you've created the "My Pets" section.  If you do not create any sections within your album, all photos you upload will be placed in your main album.

3) Select photo to upload.  Click the "browse" button and a file selection box showing the files on your computer will appear.  Select the file, (photo) you want to upload from your computer and click "open", the file path will appear in the white field next to the "browse' button.

3a)  If you would like to upload more than one photo at a time, click the next "browse" button to select your next file, and click "Open" on the file upload dialog box.  The file path will appear in the field next to the "browse" button.  You can upload as many as 10 pictures at one time.

4) Enter a title for your photo.  (Ex. My OOAK Tyler #1)

5) Enter keywords.  If you enter a few keywords, it will help other visitors find your photo using our search engine.  Using the example "My OOAK Tyler #1" you could use the keywords; "Dolls, Tyler, OOAK", etc.  If someone using the search function types in "Tyler OOAK", your photo will show up in the search results.

6)  Enter a photo description:  Enter any description you'd like.  (Ex. "This is my favorite doll!  It's a One Of A Kind Tyler painted by Adrian, of 'Faces by Adrian".  I've owned her for one year and I keep her in a safety deposit box.")

7) Email notification:  If you click yes, an email will be sent to the email address you supplied during the registration process every time someone posts a comment about your picture.

8) Upload/Submit:  Once you've completed the above steps, look it over and make sure everything, (description, title, keywords, etc.), is as you want it. Then click "Upload/Submit"  Your picture will be uploaded at that point and you will be taken to a "Photo Approval" page.  On this page you can change the title or description of each will be placed in your album.  Once the upload is complete, you will be taken to a new page that contains your photo.
