| About this site |
Album 2 is the 2nd photo album provided by TheDollPage.com for the doll collecting community. It was recently completely upgraded to the latest version available. The service is free to all. The idea is to give you a place to host pictures for posting on Auctions, Doll Forums, etc. and to share with friends. Album 2 is for temporary storage only.. we delete them for you after 90 days. Please note that we are currently not deleting pics after 90 days due to our permanent album (Album 1) being temporarily closed. We plan to have the permanent album rebuilt and open to all users by March 31st, 2009, and we will begin deleting 90 day (and older) pics at that time. There is no size limit on pictures to be uploaded, but please be aware that all uploads are re-sized to a web-friendly size. |

| New Features |
The new software comes with an internal private messaging system where any logged in member can send a message to any other registered member. To use it, click on the username of any person you wish to send a message to. Usually you can find the username right below any picture. Clicking on their username will bring up their profile page, and it's there that you will find the link "send a message". Just click on that and the message box will open up, then just type your message and send it. Please note that when you are logged in you can see if you have any messages by looking near the top of any page on the menubar. Just below the link "my photos" you will see the [no messages] indicator if you have no messages. If you have messages, the indicator will show how many you have. Just click on the [messages 1] link to read your message. You can also respond to the message by clicking the 'reply' button just below your message. If you've discovered some new feature that you like, please let me know: Contact us |
